Here we come!

We arrived with another load consisting of kitchen items, clothes, along with garage stuff and tools.

The storm clouds are forming.

My flowers are happy.

This fire felt good in June!

And the rain came.

We formed a closet make over plan.

Beginning with tape and texture.

This completes my latest quilt project.

A Joint Effort
48 State's Flowers in embroidery by my Aunt Lucy in the 1940s.  These blocks were entrusted to me by my cousin, Lou.  I found a retro fabric and machine pieced the blocks with it, then hand quilted it.  Completion was in 2013.  It was such an honor to work on this treasure and to return it to Lou as a tribute to her mom.
