This morning, the kids came running
to tell us about the tiny birds near the tree house.
We walked down and found baby turkeys!
They were trying to fly away from us
and finally made it to safety in a big bush.
No pictures, but we did get close enough
to know that they are turkeys.
We think there were six or eight of them.
Returning to the cabin, we discovered that the
baby birds from below the deck were out of their nest.
I did get a picture.
But, look at the nest!
Still one egg!
Charlotte is taking her baby for a walk.
