It's A Memorable Memorial Day Weekend!

Steve and Debbie picked us up in Amarillo around noon.  Debbie and I nested and rested in the comfy back seat of Steve's truck.
Overheard in the back from the driver, " We're agile, mobile and hostile."
From the front passenger, "And senile".

By late afternoon, Dallas, Amarillo and Ruidoso met here.
Actually, we found Larry and Terry in the Walmart parking lot in Las Vegas, NM.

In the warm sunshine, we had cool drinks, yummy snacks and fun conversation.

Listening intently.

The mountain irises appear to be thirsty.

And Mickey does, too.  Really. he just wanted a taste of the girly wine!

Terry has already thought about dinner and she got an early start on it at home.

Really not helpful with dinner, but anxious to be involved, I made myself busy, helping with the spaghetti.

Steve made his famous Caesar Salad, dressing and croutons.

I think that Terry is winning the fight!

Don't these limes look pretty on this cobalt platter?
We had to work some magic to get all the food put away.

We ate the rest.
Thank you, Terry for a great meal!

It really put us in the right frame of mind for sleep!

Good night, Steve!
Good night, all!
