Our trip to Amarillo was filled with appointments, shopping and seeing friends. On our way out of town, we picked up a couple of items, wrapped them in plastic, tied them in the back of the truck
and headed west...
Into rain.
Watching it closely was about all we could do.
This has happened before.
It seems to move just right and we miss it, mostly.
We had a few drops, but nothing substantial and were glad that the carpet and chairs were well wrapped and secured.
Nice and dry and inside, they are comfortable, swivel, rocking recliners.
The carpet pictures will have to wait for an installer and we don't have one. The install is stairs only, with a difficult pattern in a lovely cabin in the mountains, where it is cool in August. Anyone? Anyone?
Shhh... Listen to the sound of running water!
It is coming down the mountain.
This beautiful sound has been missing for several years.
Not giving up!
